When we last meet with Brian Beatty of Balanced Movement Studio, he defined for us the «running core». Join us on Thursday, August 31st as we delve deeper into this concept as discuss applying it to our individual running form(s).
Just like last time, this session will include a very brief run, with core and stretching to follow. Please come prepared with your running shoes and a yoga mat if you have one!
