Kombucha is a tart, slightly sweet and refreshing fermented beverage made from fermented organic tea. Today, kombucha is loved by many for its healing, prebiotic/probiotic and energizing properties.
Kombucha Brewer, Sarah Michalski will guide you through the home kombucha brewing process. Class will start at 6:30 pm and will run 1 1/2 hours. Class includes brewing culture, starter kombucha and a pint of your favorite Southern Peak brew. We also offer private Facebook group access exclusively for our class homebrewers to connect with other fermenters, ask questions and share ideas. Cost is $25
