Slow Flow Vinyasa Class with Oils
Join us for 90 minutes as we explore essential oils. We will introduce essential oils, their properties, and safe usage. Oils will be applied throughout the class. Practice will be enhanced with meditations and affirmations as essential oils support the body, mind, and spirit. Frankincense, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, and Lavender are a few of the featured essential oils.
